Terms & Conditions

After the requesting for participation in the organization, the participants (exhibitors) are provided with pricing information.

  • Application for participation in the organization is only made to the official organizers and confirmation can only be given by the official organizers.
  • Applications made through the registration form do not imply that the application is confirmed. 
  • All applications are confirmed or are not confirmed by the organizer after being examined in detail. 
  • Reservations and payments must be made no later than one month before the event. 
  • All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the organizer by the participants.
  • The participant can cancel the participation completely free of charge four months prior to the organization (Applicable for Exhibitors)
  • For cancellations at least 45 days prior to the organizations, 50% of the fee will be charged. (Applicable for Exhibitors)
  • In case of cancellation of the event in less than 45 days prior to the organization, the participant agrees to pay the full participation fee. (Applies to exhibitors)
